We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of ChildsPlay merchandise to ensure all goods are available as displayed, however occasionally inventory errors may affect the availability of an item.
We offer a full 10-day return period. If you wish to return a product, for whatever reason, please do so within this timescale for a full refund or exchange. This returns period begins on the day you receive the product.
How to Return
Before the end of the return period you must send the unwanted items back to us. The day you post the item is classed as the return day so this must happen within the returns period. You must retain a postage receipt displaying this date as proof of postage.
Please follow these steps when returning any items:
Please let us know what’s wrong by mail. Use your order number as the subject.
Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all original packaging, tags and labels. All returned items must be sent within a box or jiffy bag to protect the product packaging.
We recommend sending back all items using a recorded/insured service- we cannot be held responsible for any item until they are in our possession.
Once we receive your items back at the warehouse we will process the return within 7 days as per your instructions.

All of the above steps must be followed as described. In the event of these points not being followed, we will be unable to process the return and the items will be sent back to the customer.
